So far his accuracy looks better than Reggie to me. Not consistent like you said. But way more potentialOK . . . Sims does not impress me as a QB, even for a freshman. Sorry. His pocket awareness and field generalship are poor, but those can be fixed with coaching and experience, so that does not really concern me. What concerns me is that his best asset is his feet, not his arm. He has a strong enough arm, but he is not a consistently accurate passer, even when he has time. Occasionally he will make a spectacular throw, but more often than not he is off target. Rarely does accuracy get fixed after high school. I really, REALLY hope I'm wrong, but that is what I'm seeing. I already saw four years of Reggie Ball - I don't need another four.
I agree that he has better accuracy than Reggie. But still . . . not close to good enough IMO.So far his accuracy looks better than Reggie to me. Not consistent like you said. But way more potential
Def not. But just the way he looks throwing the ball and the natural arm strength. I’m pretty optimistic he can work his way to elite.. you’re right about it being an inherent skill.. but he has a lot of natural tools to work withI agree that he has better accuracy than Reggie. But still . . . not close to good enough IMO.

The receiver pulled up on at least one of the misses. The accuracy should improve as he has more time to work with the receivers. He does need to improve on pocket awareness and allowing the receivers to run under the deep passes.I agree that he has better accuracy than Reggie. But still . . . not close to good enough IMO.
Not sure we will see that kind of O-Line here anytime soon. But they can certainly scheme it up better for mostly short drops and quicker passes and planned rollouts. Wide receiver screens and such. Get the ball out of his hands a lot faster. I think we'll know more by this time next year. The thing is, even when he has time, he doesn't know ahead that he's gonna have time. You may be right, but I think we need to seem him behind a line that isn't going to cause him paranoia to really judge.
So you're saying Sims is even in the same realm of accuracy as a thrower as Tom Brady. Where is the rolls eyes emoticon.Tom Brady looks bad when he’s under siege. Sims would look great behind a quality OL. Hopefully we can build one around him.
