Nesbitt back on the Flats

Great to see Key invite Nesbitt to practice today to talk to the team about DT. Hopefully that's a good sign that Key is being more diligent about recognizing the CPJ era again with the team.

That game took years off my life.

Contrary to the popular sentiment, Nesbitt does smile and was relatively quick to let a loss go. Dwyer on the other hand... I can remember one instance where we'd lost to an ACC opponent on an away game and later that night, Nesbitt, Dwyer, and a few others came over to a party we were hosting. Nesbitt had a girl under each arm and was the life of the party. Dwyer was sitting in my chair, beer in each hand, with a thousand mile stare intense as could be not talking to anyone.

The T storm delay was fortunate for me. I was in Phoenix for my Dad's open heart surgery, which was still going on at the planned kickoff time.
The delay allowed me to watch the game while eating dinner with my Mom after surgery, and that game brightened an otherwise rough day.
