Heard he may be a grade casualty. The exact thing I heard was probly a JUCO. Anybody heard anything about this sitch?

I would hope our coaches have done enough legwork to know which recruits are academically sound before they get this far into the recruiting process. If not, they ae wasting everyone's time...

Just a guy that gets on another msg board that I do. He's a big Florida fan but is really big into recruiting. Thats just what he said but he may not know. Thats why I'm asking here for someone that may really know whats up.
It would be really stupid for all the folks that are recruiting him though. The more I think about it the more it seems that this would be a rumor. I mean JUCO? Thats a FAR cry from GT standards so.....seems a preety far stretch.

If he was slightly under the requirements, couldn't Chan request a waiver or exception from the Hill? Doesn't he get like 3 or so per season?

He has rarely received exceptions in the past, despite what Braine said.

I had the impression that grades weren't even close to an issue. It would surprise me to see him go from that all the way down to JUCO. I mean, even Leonard Pope didn't have to go that route.
