By the way, is there more of an underachieving wide receiver in the ACC than James Johnson?
 
Yeah, the WVa game was proof of that - OK, they had a crappy pass defense, but with TB throwing and CJ catching, we still looked awesome. This year's receiving corps is a huge drop off - JJ has been horrible, especially for a guy touted as the new #1 receiver.

Complete truth. You didn't have to be good with Calvin...you just had to be mediocre, and Taylor can certainly be that. *Insert joke about GT Football team here*.
 
Bennett still looked terrible in Gator Bowl, he was throwing up balls to Calvin, over his head, way short they were not good passes its just that calvin could catch all those..with a normal wide reciever taylor bennett is awful

Yeah, I'm realizing now that Bennett just isn't much more accurate than Reggie for anything long. TB could do one thing much better than Reggie, higher probability short passes especially over the middle. Except for that one pass to James Johnson, he either badly overthrew or underthrew the medium to long-range ball to the point that Calvin probably couldn't have caught those.
