What are the weekly leaders? I came out of nowhere to make the top 5.

the hypocrisy involved with this contest needs to be exposed. i personally know someone who quit predicting games after the second week, and he asked the administrators to have his name removed from the standings.

he was turned down, presumably so the administrators could keep the "appearance of more participants."

apparently this policy does not apply to the administrators themselves. when BeeStorm couldn't handle getting his ass kicked week-in and week-out, all of a sudden his name goes missing from the standings list without explanation.

one other thing, the predictions software seems to be working quite well, but it is obvious that the statistics regarding the teams' records against the spreads are entered manually and whoever is doing it is doing a piss-poor job.

(1) Clemson is 2-0, not 1-0
(2) Florida's overall record can't be 0-1 if they are 1-1 as the favored team
(3) FSU's overall record can't be 0-2 if they are 1-2 as the favored team
(4) GT's record as the favored team can't be 2-1 if they are 1-2 overall
(5) Oklahoma isn't even on the damn list
(6) Texas Tech is 0-2, not 0-1
(7) VT can't be 2-0 overall if they are 3-0 as the favored team.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Just a hunch, but I think they're including only the games chosen for this contest. Also, they use the opening line - it is within the realm of possibility that the line changes from day to day. Your stats are probably based on all games and the closing line.

In other words, settle down Beavis.

Gtfan, ignore my original question - I see the weekly leader post.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">"hunch" being the operative word, you need to go back and do your homework. my stats only include the lines from this contest and only the games chosen for this contest.

the stats are totally inconsistent when it reads for example FSU as having a 0-1 overall record but having a 1-1 record as the favored team. that's not possible butt-head.
