In the beginning of the season it was pretty much gloom and doom from most. Looking at the schedule in light of what I've seen in the first 3 games:
Clemson
Before: Probable loss
Now: Slight edge to GT
@Vandy
Before: Slight edge GT
Now: Likely win
NCSU
Before: Loss
Now: Toss up
@Wake
Before: Toss up
Now: Toss up (they're better also)
Maryland
Before: Loss
Now: Slight edge Tech
@Duke
Before: Toss up
Now: Should win
UNC
Before: Edge Tech
Now: We better win this one
@UVa
Before: Big loss
Now: Could be interesting in C'ville
UGa
Before: No chance, life sucks, dress Goth
Now: Maybe....??
Basically I think that we've gone from 7 unwinable games to none being absolutely unwinable from here out. IOW there is hope. With a break here, a lucky bounce there, and some serious offensive improvement I think this team (((could))) finish as good as 8-4. I think a realistic target is .500 -- and that's better than I imagined in August.
