Thompson, rated the third-best defensive tackle in the nation by Scout.com, will be at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Sept. 29 when Georgia Tech entertains Clemson.

“I actually know all I need to know about Tech,” he said. “I just want to go there to check out the school and campus one more time before I make my decision.”

Sounds like Mr. Thompson will be announcing his college destination after the Tech-Clemson game.
