I was flipping through the channels Sunday when I landed on the Broncos game. They showed a snippet of 300lb DT Marcus Thomas doing a back flip.

Yes...a 300 pound lineman standing flat footed just does a back flip cleanly. I don't think I've ever seen anything more amazing!

I searched youtube, but couldn't find a video of it.

Seen it before, this guy http://www.patriots.com/team/index.cfm?ac=playerbio&bio=32017 went to rival HS and he consistently beat my ass at each and every track meet in both discus and shot put.

Standing back flip from a 300 lb guy is the damnedest thing you'll ever see.
