How many top QB's has this guy produced????
And he did it again with Carson Palmer... 2 seasons ago Carson was under achieving at Southern California and many questioned whether he'd live up to expectations... Pete Carroll hired Norm Chow from BYU and the rest is history... I'm amazed that Norm Chow's name isn't even considered for HC at several schools... his resume' is loaded with experience and success... all the way back to Jim Mcmahon, Steve Young, and the host of good QB's from BYU over the past 20 years... I hope SC can hang on to him because it's nice to be able to watch their games here in the south...
I really had hoped that the Sugar would get the Trojans... Dawgs vs. Trojans... that would've been one Heck of a game....

Chow reminds me of Freidgen. One of those that is so highly thought of on the offensive side of the ball that they are questioned as to if they can run an entire program. He's done it @ BYU for a long time & most recently did it @ NC St with Rivers' Fr season & now @ SoCal.
Chow has had chances at lower eschelon schools, a la Fridge, but has been waiting for 'the job' in a higher profile school. He should've taken a lower eschelon school a long time ago, like Franchione, & built it to where a higher school couldn't overlook him. He may wait too long if he doesn't go ahead & jump to HC somewhere, anywhere.
