Looking at it last night, both Tech and UNC have lost to VIP and Virginia only.

Where do we stack up against these guys. Just from our past two games, seems like we really need to be firing on all cylinders. Especially on D. Is a new injury report out, who can we expect to be back/out for this one?

I've been worried about this game all season, and more so now. But I think that's because its this week and not something to worry about later...

The time is now! Lets get it done!

We lost to VT on trash officiating, UNC lost to VT on trash officiating.

We lost to UVA on dumb luck, UNC lost to UVA on dumb luck.

We beat BC, UNC demolished BC.

We're pretty even teams on paper. I think their offense passes really well, so it exploits our defensive weakness. I think their defense is outstanding at pass protection and forcing interceptions, so our offense should be good at avoiding their defensive strength. I expect to be another high scoring affair like our past 3 games, and the victory come down to how healthy Nesbitt is.

I'm interested in finding out how UNC passes the ball. Do they throw short routes and negate our pass rush like every other team we've played, or will they risk it and stand in the pocket for more than 2 seconds and try to hit the homerun?

Heather Dinich wrote an article earlier in the season about how the UNC defense thrives off of the INT's. We can avoid this better than any team they have played. Against BC, BC threw 3! 3 INT's. UCONN threw 3. MIA threw 2. So in their bigger wins thus far there Defense has 8 INTs! Take those away and those game are CLOSE.

I like our chances in this one. Especially with BURNETT playing like a boss.
