Notre Dame AD says they're moving in right direction

"Jack Swarbrick said Wednesday that he will not evaluate Charlie Weis until after the season, and that ... a coaching change ... is 'not under consideration at this time.'"

"Asked what he would tell any recruit or fan who inquired about Weis' current job security, Swarbrick said: 'I would tell them I am very pleased with the progress we have made this year and that we are moving in the right direction, that we're going to be even better next year, and that I would hope they would move forward with us.'"

Well, that's the kiss of death. He wouldn't even mention to a recruit that Weis was coming back? Not under consideration at this time? They're going to fire both of his asses...

I also agree with the ND AD. Into the abyss is the direction I've wanted ND to go for a long, long time.

It really is disappointing that so many people on this board are fully incapable of keeping some form or another of political bull**** out of the sports forums.

Here, I'll save you some time:

"first, you need to quit being such a tightass. second, this is america and i can say what i want in whatever forum i want even if you and your radical islamic anti-christ-elect dont like it"
