Notre Dame Vacates 21 wins; UNC gets nothing

Completely agree with Jenkins that it defies logic and fundamental fairness that UNC got off by using the excuse our academic fraud was so egregious it goes beyond the jurisdiction of the NCAA and is a matter left solely to the accreditors. The NCAA enforcement arm is a joke, but will remain so until Presidents get together and do something about it.
 
We lost an ACC championship over a tracksuit from a cousin and our AD communicating with our HC, which is what an AD is paid to do.

I honestly didn’t think we, Georgia Tech University, have ever actually “vacated” that ship? I bet you damn well dabo gives tech credit for 09. F the NCAA. I know what I sawed.
 
Typical NCAA bullshit - they have no standards whatsoever other than who has deep pockets to probably pay them off..

Yes, considering it was Notre Dame involved in the misconduct, this is unprecedented. I am absolutely shocked they did anything to ND.

GT should use the UNC strategy like this: create a class where you get an automatic A if you can dunk a basketball and attend daily works outs in the athlete gym. Then you make that class an academic equivalent for Survey of Calculus.

If the NCAA complains, claim it's an accreditation issue, not an athletic issue. GT has enough credibility with the accreditation agency that we won't lose accreditation over that.
