I have thought it thru and came up with some realistic positives. I hated geometry, so don't think I am trying to do some kind of proof!
Given: Its now true that if we win one of our last regular
3, an upset of national news worthiness will have
occurred. If we don't it will be another November
that has thudded like a fallen tree.
With this non obscure reality facing Ga. Tech, I firmly believe that this extension came with a spool of aircraft carrier "string" attached.
Because of the fear of a catostrophic loss of fans and season ticket holders, I am now confident that CG will take on the role of an administrative head coach (The role that I had hoped for).
Look for the addition of a dynamic "assistant head coach" that will be able to rally the fractured fan base with personality and more importantly, coaching changes and overall team preparedness.
If this describes the plan of action, I will be satisfied that the goal of improvement has been taken seriously.
