Off topic - Why the clock on this board not in sync with real time

Sorry about this not being about Tech football but why doesn't the clock on this board sync with real time?

It is in sync with real time - it just happens to be Zulu time.

Go to User CP -> Edit Options. Then scroll down to the time zone adjustment area and adjust your time zone.
