Roddy also had some excellent kick returns...I think we finally have found our PR/KR specialist for the next 3 years. Funny, it's taken about 5 years for us to do it. (Last one was Jonathan Smith, one of the many BAMFs who have worn #21 for GT)

It did with Nesbitt in there. IIRC, we scored on every drive except two(one was at the end of the 1st half) when Nesbitt was QB. And most importantly NO TURNOVERS with Nesbitt at the helm today.
Definitely, what I liked most about our game today was seeing so many guys get to handle the ball and contribute to the win. Add Greg Smith to that list too.
Also props to our defense, our young secondary struggled at times (especially against those short post routes) but they made up for it at the end. The d-line bounced back from last week too.

My hopes are that some of our players come back at full health before we play UNC. If Josh is okay and we have a full secondary, Tech should make Chappel Hill an empty place with the exception of our little congregation.

The only fumble of the day was a BLOWN block by the OL. If Shaw doesn't get smashed in mid pitch, that turns into a nice gain.

I'm glad you mentioned Claytor. I thought our OL looked much better today and it was reflected in the all around good play of our A and B backs.
