Mods can nuke this thread if it ends up being bad intel, but assuming the reports of Key getting the job are true, what sort of changes do you hope or expect to see on the coaching staff?

The only move I feel pretty strongly about is that we need a new OC. Long's offense seemed really uninspiring and I just don't see us ever having a really good offense under him.

Step 1.5: Don't hire Weinke to replace him. Maybe harder to find negative stuff on him, just for the love of god give us a clean slate on that side of the ball.
