Starts this Saturday. Don’t miss the 3rd last home tailgate of the season. We’re kicking off at 9:30am at our usual spot on the northeast corner of the bridge. Food, liquor and beer included for the price of showing your ugly mugs at the tailgate, as always. We’ll see y’all on Saturday.

Go Jackets!

It's gonna be up to you buys to try and make it through this one without my awesomeness. I will be in Tennessee on a motorcycle ride with buddies because I gave up these tickets to my young cousin and her mother prior to the season...trying to encourage the young cousin to be a Tech fan as she has the brains to succeed at GT when she graduates.

Regardless, please don't let @The Jacket play in traffic after he's been drinking again! See you guys on Thursday at the NC State tailgate and make sure you bring home a victory for the good guys wearing white & gold over the Chokies.

After five drinks, I am the traffic.

Pics of mother?

I will not be in attendance this week sadly. Lost my grandmother Sunday and her funeral is Saturday.
:bigcry:

Daughter's a cutie; she's going to be a beautiful lady. But pics of mom? Trust me...no.

I lost my grandfather earlier in this season as well. He was a tech man and payed to go to tech in the late 40s/early 50s using the Gi bill after WW2.

Sorry for your loss dude. Hoping the jackets can pull out a win for them both.

Thank you everyone. She was 94 and a huge part of my life but her last year had been spent in a hospice bed in her home. She had an episode last Thanksgiving and I didn't think she'd make it to Christmas. But she was tougher than we thought and made it almost a year. I saw her Saturday and she acknowledged me and waved but could not talk. I knew it'd be soon. I woke up at 730 Sunday morning to my phone ringing. Saw it was my Mom and knew. Really glad I got to see her one more time. Really glad she's not suffering here on Earth. She was a Godly woman full of faith and our family owes everything to her prayers. She'll be missed but she's back with my Papa and my Uncle and all her siblings and we'll see her again before you know it.

My grandmother was 99 when she passed, and we miss her every day. She was the glue that held us together.

Sorry as hell for your loss.

Now that's a testimony that will preach when your grandchildren speak of you as such. God bless your family with peace, buddy.

This totem will be introduced to the tailgate on Saturday to bring us victory, ward of evil spirits and keep cars from hitting The Jacket.

Badass. But why is everyone talking about cars? Did I wander into traffic or something?

It's more like you fell down and the foot traffic just moved around you. We're not sure that would happen in the street! :)
