OK, so PJ's our new coach, but who are the OC and DC?

He will be the OC, and I'll guess Giff as the DC. I have no other reasons behind that guess other than Giff was playing at GSU when Johnson was there, and I think JT will go elsewhere.

Still, if we can meet JT's salary expectations I'd love to keep him. He and PJ seem like they'd work well together - you handle your side of the ball, I'll handle mine.
 
Bond is gone that is for sure. Johnson calls his own plays. I think defense all depends on what JT decides to do. I sure hope we can keep him.
 
That actually might be a good deal for JT. If PJ would give him autonomy he could keep doing what he's been doing and with PJ's offense, he hopefully would have more flexiblity to try some things. But who knows at this point?

I'll be shocked if this isn't the way it plays out. Giff will be the DC almost for sure and will pass the RC role to someone else after signing day.

will geoff Collins return? Also, will Ted Roof and/or his assiatnt at Duke come back? My mind is blank right now, the former West Ga coach??? what's his name?

I assume he'll return to coahc the defense in some capacity.
 
I would prefer that we keep Tenuta. If not, I like Giff at DC. I would love to think about bringing in Rance Gillespie as the key offensive assistant. This would tap in to a young coach with good ties to high school coaches. Bohannon and O"Rourke from the Navy staff seem like good ones to bring home.

My man GLenn Spencer...oh that would be an answered prayer to have that man back coaching on the flats!! CPJ will be intuitive on these things...LOOK OUT TECH FANS, WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE THAT BRINGS JOY TO YOUR HEART AS GT FANS AND FAMILY!!
