I have not watched them this season. Is it terrible QB? Team quitting? Injuries?

Why should I have confidence going into this game? What is going on down in Coral Gables?

Well, they are a lot like us. Kind of a mediocre team that is capable of playing good at times but is prone to crap the bed and get beat by any other mediocre team. It will come down to which team makes the fewest mistakes next Saturday night.

Go Jackets!

What puzzles me is the disarray of the Big 3 in Florida. Usually one is always in the running for a NC.

So every Coastal team, basically.

They weren’t that good last year, but had a string of straight miracles and people still remember the 80s when they cheated there way to a national brand. So inflated ranking going into this season and they’ve plummeted back to earth.

A few people laughed at me on here when I said we might have been the best team in the Coastal last year despite 5-6. We’re definitely fumble prone, but Clemson is the only ACC team in the conference I wouldn’t pick GT over on a neutral field right now.

I think that they, like most teams, struggle when the QB struggles.

But not sure. Have not seen them play much.

Last night I was really shocked when they did not seem to have a sense of urgency while driving down the field at the end of the game.

Worried that with their record vs us (2-8 as team vs CPJ & 2-15 for richt) might give them some boost in confidence.

We are due.

If you buy a ticket and find the fake tan fella with a with a big turnover chain around his neck, you can look him straight in the eye and you can tell him what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dawg-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-ass, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey shit he is! Hallelujah! Holy shit! Where's the clear water bottle?

Richt undefeated in BDS. I once again expect a rabbit to be pulled out of an @$$ that will help them win.

Poor guy....dickless fat people got no game with the chicks!

Huge, huge underachievement for Miami. I don't know their talent level, but this is Year 3 and Richt is fully accountable, I would think.

At the time he took the job, I hoped for the best for him (I respect him as a person; sue me). But he made a knee-jerk decision to jump right into Miami. 2015 was a horrendous, five-alarm mess in Athens. EVERYTHING blew up--awful OC hire, Pruitt was trying to take over, Grayson Friggin' Lambert, and it finally caught up with Richt that he was too passive. There are still rumors floating around about that coaching staff. He got the pink slip, and lo and behold, his alma mater was open. I don't doubt this looked a lot like God's will to him, and he leaped on the chance for a big second act in his story.

Most of us felt he needed a year to sort things out and figure out whether he wanted to stay in football (it's a valid question). Last year was a good season, and I began to think I'd gotten it wrong, until they screwed up big and lost to Pitt--a pattern I recognized all too well.

This year I'm wondering if the little career-second wind he had has run out. His problem is the details it takes to be CEO of a major program. I'm picking Tech in this one, particularly in Atlanta. It'll be the first time he's lost there. Early season this might have been different, but Tech is starting to hit on all cylinders while at Miami the wheels are falling off.

Good to see you have access to the internet from prison. God will forgive you for your sins.

I do agree with your post. Don't drop the soap.
