I don't know if you guys have already seen this, but Sports Illustrated recently opened up all of their archives for free viewing.

It's pretty cool going back and reading a bunch of old articles, predictions, etc. Here's a link to the 283 articles they have indexed to the GIT keyword.

Interesting find --and worth noting how the GT football program was viewed in the mid-50's:

The Yellow Jackets have been a perennial football power in the Southeast Conference. If they apply even part of their usual efficiency to basketball, they should be striking terror into the hearts of their fellow conferencemen any year now.
