Mississippi's HC Ed Orgeron is becoming a passionate & a very good recruiter of football playing talent. If Orgeron continues to recruit as he did this past season, the Rebels could be an elite team by '10 & '11.

I've always been fond of Ole Miss. I'm calling bull-shit on this one. I hope their new HC wrecks some heads over there in the SEC. Hoddy Toddy!
 
Orgeron is a good recruiter but he also has a reputation of running off recruits as he did last year.
 
Don\'t feel one way or the other about Ole Miss

but I think it will tough to run over Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, etc.

Ole Miss just doesn't have the financial backign these programs do.

If their was only 1 major school in Miss, I could see it, but not with Miss St and So Miss also.

I see them having some good years, but it will be hard to sustain. If they move up someone has to move down in the West.
 
Ole Miss was 3-8 last year

They are a long way off in terms of coaching and player development from what I saw last year.
