Used to have an older couple sitting behind us. She had a very shrill voice. She would say repeatedly "why are we not passing the ball? We need to pass the ball". I remember her even saying it during the beatdown of Kansas at home when we literally ran about 4 plays all game and had 700 yards of offense because Kansas was playing some weird 3 down DL dime package Big 12 defense that looked like they had scouted the University of Houston with David Klinger instead of GTIn before CPJ vs CGC ensues.
I remember how we used to be all over Tevin Washington. He had some good runs and nasty pitches in this highlight video.
Who among us rushed the field?
Interesting. I remember the worst defense ever played against the TO was Syracuse who continue to run a two deep safety defense against us while we continued to pound them. The safeties were 20 yards off the ball. That coach didn't last long. We won that one 56-0 in 2013. The weirdest was FSU who decided they wanted to kill the center with 3 defensive linemen while Dwyer would run right by them and into the secondary. Mickey Andrews was po'ed saying his guys wanted to kill the center more than tackle the RB. That was 08 and we won 31-28 and needed a fumble into end zone to win.Used to have an older couple sitting behind us. She had a very shrill voice. I believe Tevin was the best option QB we ever had. Josh was a beast that overcame defenders, but TW executed at a "high level" to borrow a phrase. In before CPJ vs CGC ensues.

Dammit, even our security arm tacklesYep, rushed the field. Was part of the first wave from the South student section and had to break an arm tackle from security to get past the end zone. While there was a long line of us waiting to hop over the wall, apparently no one else wanted to be the fist mover. Once they saw me and a couple others racing toward midfield, the floodgates opened
Anyway, great game, great atmosphere, and nothing but good memories with this one. Thanks for posting.
My opinion is that TW was better at the technical part of making the right reads. JT was light years above TW in athletic ability.Better than JT?
