Chris Rainey, one heckuva back, committed to Urban Meyer this week. This kid can flat out play. I have had the opportunity to watch him several times.

I was hoping he would consider The Flats, but that is not the case now.

If he did not sign with us, I am glad he chose the Gators!

Good to see a post from you again cause it's been a long dry spell. Wondered if one of those renegade alligators had grabbed you.
 
It has been a long time Rome. grandchilluns keeping me busy along with work.

Getting a little closer to FOOTBALL time though, so I will try to be here more often.

I have peeked in every oonce in a while to catch up and there have been some interesting conversations from what I can tell.

I hope all is well up your way. Wife and I will be coming through in mid July. We are going to a campground in Benton Tennessee to do a few days of mission work.

Two things to say about Benton, TN. Not to let the air out of your sails but you need to know this thing. If a speed limit sign says 15 MPH, it means 15 MPH. No bad reflection on Benton TN, but from the overhead bridge on US 411 (where Cleveland/Murphy highway) on up thru Benton, is a speed trap. Well exercised I might add. Also, you might want to check ahead on the campground areas since the little girl was killed by a bear up there last month. Most of the area was closed off to campers. May be back open now but they originally stated that the campgrounds would be closed until they could find and kill that one bear. They caught some since then but to my knowledge, not the right one. We were up there 2 or 3 weekends ago and they were still closed to the public at that time.
Beautiful area up there though. If you get a chance, ride on up to Tellico Plains, TN. and see the Ball River Falls. Not too far up the road and well worth the drive.
Enjoy, just keep your eyes open.
