One thing I know we can agree on....

Sheer and simply but irrefutably stated elequence!
(round of applause!)

I WANT THIS MISSION COMPLETED...AND THE SOONER THE BETTER!

Why???

I think that is crazy. (Im not slamming you Hivered, because I like you) But Ive heard this argument and IMHO it is ludicrous!

Why rush the decision and settle for a HC that is not our best option and be doing this again in 2 to 3 years?

So what, if we lose 2 or 3 recruits at MOST, Let's settle down and not panic, let's get the very best guy for our longterm future, period! That is only good business sense. I'm not talking about some 36 year old unproven DC either. ;)

That is why I said "mission complete" instead of "over with" Mission complete means you accomplished your goal. Otherwise you "end the mission and retreat"

Ideally, we will have a HC by next Monday or Tuesday. Anytime before that is gravy. It would be troubling for us to wait longer than that because of the recruiting dead period.

That and the longer we wait the more likely another school will grab our candidates.
