For all of Reggie's faults, you can't argue with his "fire". That (the guy in the article) was a pretty uninformed opinion...

Yes, he was definitely a leader on the field and was respected by the rest of the team. I wasn't a big fan of his apparent attitude a lot of the time, but I've heard that he really was respected in the huddle, and when he talked, everyone listened.

Fire is not something Reggie lacked, obviously. And I'm not sure what this guy is talking about in the article, since Tashard is also a very fiery "leader".
