Ostrowsky thread?

Added to give us a bit of a recruiting footprint up north? Of course, in addition to his experience coaching offense

Oh but why? He was so good at coaching Taquon...

In fairness, he has been in a non-coaching role the last couple of years; player personnel. Shoot, he may have actually helped TaQuon had he been QB coach.

Kinda weird timing.

My guess is that he was hoping for another offensive coordinator offer after the Central Michigan coaching change, but did not want to sit out the season. Going from OC to senior offensive adviser sounds like a one season transitional position.

Hey, get enough one-year advisors, and you have something substantial. And if you learn a little bit from each person, your knowledge base rises a lot faster than doing your own thing for year after year.
