Tech fan to ND fan sitting next to him after a CJ catch in the 2nd half: "Y'all can't stop Calvin!"

ND fan: "No, but your QB and OC can".

As if Notre Dames offense did much better with a Heisman trophy QB, a 4 yr starter at TB, and 2 marquee WR's.
 
Too conservative on the play calling and no noticeable reaction to ND stuffing the running game. I just don't understand no passes overthe middle to CJ

Exactly what I told a ND FAN once he started mouthing to me about Quinn after he scored his touchdown before the half...."Just like a Hiesman candidate to lead team to a score"....."I laughed!!!! AND told him to his face, I was like Reggie has better stats in the game than Quinn right now!" The ND fan shut his mouth after that....Quinn wasn't impressive for much of the game...in fact he really didn't show up until the 2nd half...once the D didn't have same amount of gas & ND had made it's adjustments......Quinn threw SEVERAL passes that were not even close to being catchable passes.....I was like "that's a Heisman candidate"......I thought Calvin had a better game from that stand point (just wish that his success could've followed him into the 3 & 4th quarters!)

ND was over rated/ over hyped....we could've beaten that team w/ a few different results on a couple plays......AS A WHOLE I AM STILL PROUD OF OUR TEAM & LOOKING FORWARD TO REST OF THE SEASON...I HOPE WE PLAY WITH A CHIP ON OUR SHOULDER/FIRE IN OUR EYES FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON......MEAN I AM THANKFUL FOR THE EFFORT & FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR PLAYERS...NO INJURIES.....LOUISVILLE CAN'T SAY THE SAME THING AFTER JUST #1 GAME....COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS!

WE STILL HAVE 11 MORE GAMES...PLUS A BOWL GAME (POTENTIAL) GGGOOO JJJAACCCKKKEEETTTSS!

Good point Hiveredtech, no ND fans have anything to brag about after saturday night. I loved when i read their boards saying how they would light us up like a christmas tree. Funny, what christmas tree would that be?? the one that says that they only won by 4 points??. Also their beloved Quinnt had such a marvelous game with no touchdown passes. The heisman trophy must have seriously lowered it standards if he is the frontrunner.
