"I can't get Barb Dockweiler on the phone at Tech, but I did leave a message and she left me one back. Final decisions have not been made, but it seems parking will be distributed base on points and the number of points will determine which lots you are eligible for. It also appears that the lots will carry different prices. It seems the group will pool their points and take an average to determine where we can buy parking, like we do when we buy our seats. Thats my interpretation of the message Barb left. She said there is a big meeting on the 12th to hash some more things out."
