This the 1st time I'm not taking the MARTA route to BDS, so I'm in new territory. What's the best/closest place to park on gameday and would it be best to get a pass in advance?

If you are coming from the north, Centergy deck on Spring just north of the Tech Square area has easy access back to 75/85 N out the interstate side of the deck.

Otherwise, you can buy parking online for the student center or something and print at home. Easy peasy

If you go out the interstate side of the Centergy deck heading north I don't think you can get to 85N unless you go over to W. Peachtree and catch the Buford Connector. Going South on Spring gets you to an entrance to northbound connector just south of North Ave.

I use the parking deck on Spring St. south of Tech Square when I don't take MARTA. In general, I just recommend the east side of the connector to get out.

Last year, I stumbled upon the Academy of Medicine building parking lot ($7) at W. Peachtree and 7th. I don't mind the walk and by the time you're back at your car, the traffic was a breeze.

Dragon Con happening downtown including a parade Saturday morning. Going to be a mess for traffic and parking way beyond normal for a noontime game.

Student Center area is easy. Don't leave out on Northside or Howell Mill, hit Marietta Street all the way to 285. Hardly any traffic goes that way while Northside Drive is usually jammed
