I say no based on recruiting, the lack of it.

    Is this a "SERIOUS" Poll?

At this point - you hope that the team loses every game until he is fired.

    The sooner the better!!!

What is SAD is that if Tech had beaten UNC tonight then the poll instead of being 22-6 against Pastner (as of 11:43 PM) it would have been 22-6 in favor of Pastner making the Tournament.

Can someone who voted Yes explain how we get an NCAA bid this year? Next years team will have only one post player.

We are young and all of our Guards are returning. Post players?!? -- I hate they we play 2 post at the same time, it kills spacing for the guards.
I love CJP but we can't play only 2 guys that can dribble. The 3 big lineup is awful offensively - Guay, Banks, and Cole/Moses.

I think we are much better next year.

    I hope so.

The guard play has to become exponentially better next year in order to be more competitive, since guard play always dictates the success of a college basketball team.

Meanwhile, Bryce Drew has completely already turned Vandy around and has them likely heading to the tourney.

I hope this is a joke. 0-7 in conference and 9-11 overall.

This is true since Alston is now a non-factor. Unfortunately none of our returning guards can shoot consistently. We will be down to one effective post player who is foul prone. Ogbonda will have to make a huge jump forward. I hope we are successful but it looks like a recipe for disaster.

I thought the same, but it was a weird angle for a joke.

I would say it applies in this situation because it is literally included in the question.

I was basing my response on this season and next season. I expect after that we will have a new coach after next season. I was asking why the word tenure applied to my response concerning next year's team. I am sorry I did not comprehend that some people expect Pastner's tenure to extend beyond next season.
