Path To A Bowl ..

Outside of Clemson, I'd say every ACC game is a possible win (or loss). We've already proven in the past that UNC can be had, and I feel like the jury is out on Miami, much as it is every year.

We'll have to play better in a lot of areas, but as things stand now, there are only three remaining games total that I'd be really surprised if we won.

This was an important game. We played well enough to win and bad enough to lose. Tough one for sure. Would’ve preferred a back and forth affair that ended up with the same final to the way it happened.

Don’t see 6-6 after todays result. But I do think we will be in almost every game.

The ACC is pretty atrocious, so who knows. I also don't think any coach who can be somewhat successful at Perdue to be a push over. He also has the benefit of getting anyone who can fog glass to come to Louisville.

I miss easy openers.
Honestly with moving to these stupid mega conferences, we should just play pre season exhibition games against lower division teams for the same payouts that we already do. They don't count for anything but at least can give a game to knock the rust off

We haven't won a single one of these "big" openers. PJ losing to UT is the first one I recall followed by a number of clown losses to Clemson & now last night's debacle.
We won the opener against FSU in 2020, but overall, you are correct.

Watching ACC Network and Syracuse is projected to win 7.5 games. Did not know they were suppose to be that good.

I think we should expect wins against SC St, Blowing Green, BC, and UVA, but it’s hard to find two more. Just have to hope our D isn’t as bad as they looked.

Probably a product of schedule which includes playing us an expected bad team.

That game last night reminded me so much of the Tennessee game in 2017. A game that we clearly had no reason losing but because of a turnover and the defense collapsing, we managed to find a way to lose. If our offense plays consistently the way we did in the 2nd qtr, I think we have no problem winning 6 games. We just can’t afford injuries or else we’ll see a 2015 season again.

We will not play consistently like we did in the second quarter. We will look more like we did in the second half without the turnover. Should have had two more field goals. The missed FG at the half wasn’t a big deal. We aren’t going to consistently hit 54 yard fgs.

Also missed a chip shot FG against Tennessee

Didn't we already have a lot of injuries last night?
