I love that quote too. I also like the one "contrary to popular opinion I am not against the forward pass" or whatever he said.

One other thing. For some reason I am happy to be associated with a coach and offense that was based on Georgia Southern and particularly the Naval Academy. Those incredibly undersized Midshipmen hung tough with a lot of teams. If nothing else, I think Johnson has us competitive all the time down the road.
 
He is an absolute media genius. We should keep him as a media spokesperson when he is done coaching.

Guys we have a coach that's not going to be namby pamby or pamper players. This dude is going to tell 'em like it is and let the cards fall where they may.

Just listening to the man talk makes me proud because he "ain't no pansy." He's just himself... No coach speak or anything, he just tells the truth and that's it.
