Peach Bowl makes good on 16 yr renege of $100K

The Peach Bowl should have paid out to the 'Lighthouse of the Blind/Georgia Lions Club' $100,000 in 1986. The Peach didn't donate the money, but instead kept it in case the Bowl needed it in the future. Someone must've jogged someone's memory (or threatened a lawsuit:>)) & the Peach is actually gonna make good a 16 yr old promise of money it should've already donated. Nice to see the Peach Bowl doing this.

Hopefully the payment will include appropriate interest as well... 100K in '86 should have grown a bit in 16 years... (unless of course you decided to invest it in virtualcatlitter.com in 1999)
