I talked to him yesterday. If you dont believe me just wait and see. May 16th at his spring game.
 
No problem. I like our chances. I thinks its down to us clemson and his favorite as of now auburn. But that is before his visit from us.
 
He stated in an interview to Scout that he would make his decision after spring football. I wonder if his favorite is still Auburn.
 
The spring game is the end of spring football. I would say yes that auburn is his favorite.

He's interesting to me. What position are we recruiting him for? LB? We have a lot of those and some VERY highly ranked ones still on our board. DE, Bee-B?? He sure seems like a prototypical tight end to me. Don't get me wrong, I love getting good athletes in here and guys like him that can contribute in versatile ways. Maybe he's one of those that would be good no matter where you put him, the kind you just get on campus and then worry about where to play him.

I'm slow. Up until I read your post for the second time, I was thinking spring practice for his high school. I don't believe there are too many high schools that have spring practice. We did one or two years, but it was quickly cancelled.

Um, AFAIK all HS have spring practice. We had spring practice, and every year the 8th graders to Juniors would participate for 2 weeks, cluminating in the spring game/scrimmage.

Then maybe I'm not as slow as I thought - wait, yes I probably am. I went to a small private school 8 years ago so I have no idea what the big public schools do/did.

I would say right now auburn leads. But when may 16th rolls around i think we will win. Our staff is amazing at recurting ive been really impressed. The staff is going to EVERY high school in the state of georgia. No matter if they have never put a player in college. With us doing this we will land a lot of sleepers. Theres so much talent in georgia. When coach pj said he had connections with the high schools in ga he wasnt joking. Watch when signing day rolls around how many ga kids we have. I would say around 20.
