THis is dumb. If Philo is fantastic, he will bolt to a factory eventually for the $$ with my blessing. There is no point to sit him unless King can't throw. Of course there is the other QB who has gone silent. Maybe he is coming off injury.

Philo needs to play the entire game.

I don’t think Haynes King’s shoulder just magically heeled up in 8 days.

I suspect King will start but if his shoulder is still not 100% no need to make the injury worse. Word is he has been doing PT since the last game which has gone ‘well’. The gift that Philo has is that he can go in at a moments notice and literally drop dimes passing wise, go out and go back in literally every other play and do it again. I think once he starts playing full time after King, he’ll throw up Heisman-esque numbers passing wise if the WRs don’t drop his passes. He plays like an upper classman. I’m fully confident Philip could move our passing offense against UGAY. I’m more concerned about our defense and running game.

That’s what I’m thinking. Key hates uga as much as any of us, if not more, and I can’t imagine he’d decide at the last minute to bench his only QB that can complete a pass beyond 5 yards.
