and staff.....1-loyalty to a former qb who was a head case for 4 years 2-Not enough short passing attempts 3-Unable to beat UGA 4-Not warm/fuzzy enough with media/alumni/fans 5-too much of a players coach....let's hear it....
 
All of the above plus a lack of any improvement since the day he stepped into BDS
 
Completely unable to convince anyone that he has a sense of direction for our program.
 
on top of what has been said, he has never held the interest of the city of Atlanta. Dodd had it, O'Leary had it, Cremins had it, Gailey doesn't.

The reason he doesn't is because the man does not have one shred of charisma, and that is important in this job.

I will not blame him for personality qualities he doesn't have. I'm sure he is loaded with integrity and knows more football than the guy we need in here.
