The first scenario is masks only required for the unvaccinated meaning they’ll give you a sticker, like they’re doing on campus right now, that says you’re vaccinated and if you have that sticker they won’t bother you about putting your mask on.

Just went to the Hella Mega Tour concert at Truist park on Tuesday, and there was no mask/proof of vax requirement
