Play calling on offense

My hat is off to Chan on this one. Other than the multiple passes on third and 1, I thought the play calling was really outstanding.

Just wondering: Is there anyone else who thought we should have taken a safety with less than a minute to go, up by 14, and punting out of our end zone? No harm as it turns out, but it could have bitten us.

A safety would be fine.....or just tell your kicker to be sure if there is any problem with the snap or any excessive rush just to take the safety...otherwise go ahead and kick. That is probably...and hopefully....what Chan told him.
