word is knee problems make further football unlikely, hope the rumor isn't true though.
 
I believe that Landry has an opportunity to really help himself at the combines. I guess Reis is maybe just a step to slow for now. He may make an interesting fee agent for someone that could get his shot early on as a special teamer.
 
I have no idea why Reis won't be a special teamer. He flies around with reckless abandon like any good special teamer should.
 
I will ask the stoopid question: Who sends the invites? Does each team give a list to the NFL office, and then they compile it?
Also, is it safe to say that if a kid is not invited to the combine, he has no chance other than FA?
 
Where is Pope the TE from UGA? I didn't see his name on the list, surely he would be invited.

Don't count him out yet. As we discussed above, I believe someone will give him a shot as a special teams specialist.
