Who is going to the NC game? Please let it be LSU or Hawaii! No mutts they didnt even win there own conference.
 
I agree with your feelings, and I'd guess 99.9% of the rest of us do as well. But we really don't need a bunch of threads about it, do we?
 
We need ChiliDogKing and BOR on here STAT to make a post about how sure-fire UGA is for the BCS title game.
 
The talking heads onESPN are saying that they crunched the numbers and LSU will likely go, but what do they know...I have a sick feeling...
 
LSU has 2 losses in 6 OTs thats gotta count for a little bit. Takes alot to beat them.
 
The only reason U[sic]GA fans think they should go is b/c most of them can't remember the last time they saw what a national championship team looks like.

Hint: dust off that sole trophy (it may take a while, but you have plenty of alums in the janatorial field) from 1980 and note that a conference championship is required.
 
I really don't understand why the BCS doesn't have some kind of rule forbidding any teams from going to the Title Game that did not win their conference.

It happened in 2001 and 2003 and both of those Title Games sucked huge dick. Can't believe how in 2003 the BCS passed up USC for OU (who lost the Big XII CG) to face LSU and we all know the end result of that one. Hell in 2001 Nebraska got to go after not even winning the Big XII North!

Let's not forget that ESPN was the primary "source" during these past 36 hrs, through Herbstreit and Cowherd, that said Les Miles was going to be the next coach at Michigan.

I realize a lot of you aren't used to the activity this board has experienced the last few days, but if you'd spend a little more time reading and less time writing, we wouldn't be subjected to the same comments over and over and over and over and over and over...
