Bronco says his team is loaded with "27 ACC-caliber" players this season. A strange motivational technique I guess, but hey, whatever works. He's another one of those coaches that has seemed to have CPJ's number over the years, but hopefully his lack of talent will not make this one of those years. We should be a solid TD favorite going into the 'ville.
Bronco brought his team up to 6-7 last season, building on that 2-10 2016 season. They are bringing in a transfer QB and are otherwise young in the offensive skill positions. Defensively they look to have a solid, veteran-heavy secondary and a younger more inexperienced front.
The Jackets need to circle this game on their calendar as an example of a game they simply cannot afford to lose. Last year's loss was UVA's only win in their last 7 games, and our boys should've been embarassed by that fact.
