Wake's been a solid team for the last few years. This will be a tough game, especially having to play up there. I remember the 2010 game up there we won by the skin of our teeth, even though we were clearly the better team.

That's where I put us for this one, soley based on our own uncertainties. BTW, Wake just lost their top receiver for the year to a camp injury.
 
Dave Clawson has coached Wake to 7 straight bowl games, so we should expect them to give us a tough game. He knows how to prepare his team and get the most out his talent. They won't be as good as they were with Hartman, but this is not the weak opponent that many people expect.

I mean we just barely expect to win with most going .6. Wouldn’t say we see them as a cupcake just we aren’t a dumpster fire.

By "many people" I don't mean posters here or even Tech fans in general. Wake has historically been a weak opponent, so a lot of people across the country who don't follow college football closely tend to remember them as a bad team.
 
Wake plays hard and is well coached. Thankfully it looks like our identity will be similar if Key has his way, and I think our athletes give us the edge here
