Chris Strong (I think that's his name) -- the defensive coordinator for South Carolina. He's already been contacted by some programs

Frank Beamer, Virginia Tech. Don't count him out so quickly... Braine hired Beamer when he was VT AD...
 
South Carolina DC is Charlie Strong - good candidate in my opinion.

News is that Paul Johnson is going to Navy - probably a good catch for the Middies - good offensive coach used to pounding out the run.

Bowden - please, no! Another Bowden punk in the ACC would be too much.

GO JACKETS!!
 
How about instead of Bowden, another announcer comes out of the booth to pace the sidelines again - anybody like Mike Gottfried as a coach?

Or, stranger still, Bill Curry returns for a second tour on the flats.

I think this is the order they should look at:

1) Ralph Friedgen, Maryland
2) Frank Beamer, VT
3) Mike Kruczek, Central Florida
4) Pat Hill, Fresno St.
5) Charlie Strong, South Carolina
6) Paul Johnson, Ga Southern
7) Terry Bowden, ABC Sports (lol)
