So I'm assuming the game will be over around 11:15-11:30 PM, which leaves half an hour until the new year. Obviously that's too long to go very far so what are some good places within quick walking distance of the Dome that are great new years celebrations? I was thinking Underground Atlanta's new years party but was wondering if anyone else has any ideas?

Another idea: CPJ's house. Ring in the new year with the coach of the year!

If you go to underground Atlantas New Years Eve Party you better be packin some heat.

Pretty sure it's somewhere in Vinings...people of his "experience" fit in well there, it's close enough to the city to get to work and back, and he also likes the eat at the Mellow Mushroom in the historic sector.

I'd not go that far, but definately make sure you got all your valuables stowed away safe. Pockets ain't gonna be safe enough for wallets, cell phones, etc.

He's said before that he lives up 75 somewhere. If I recall the conversation was about him and Mike Smith living pretty far away from each other.

well...at least wrap your automobile in a steel cage while parked...or just go ahead and take out your windows so you do not have to pick up the broken glass.

IN all actuality, a lowkey deal in midtown may be the safest...but nothing typically happens in that area. Downtown and Buckhead have some scary folks after 10pm.

We need a suite at the Dome, but that would cost $$$. What we really need is after the game to trek over to BDS and have the GTAA provide us with a suite there.

Beestorm, get to work on that would ya. ;)

First of all, the game will end around 10:30-11:00.

Second of all, get in your cars (or marta) and head to Buckhead or Virginia Highlands.

Lets party, I have a hotel room booked in Buckhead.
