What a crazy league race! Parity reigns in ACC football. As October comes to a close, FSU is our best and NCSU is our worst, and the difference between those two teams is not all that great. Predicting the end results even at this late date is difficult, but I say the final standings will look like this:
UNC (6-2, 10-2)
UVA (5-3, 7-5)
Va Tech (5-3, 8-4)
Georgia Tech (4-4, 7-5)
Miami (3-5, 6-6)
Duke (2-6, 5-7)

FSU (7-1, 10-2)
Wake Forest (6-2, 9-3)
Maryland (4-4, 7-5)
Boston College (3-5, 6-6)
Clemson (2-6, 4-8)
NCSU (1-7, 3-9)

UNC will beat FSU in Tampa. FSU to Peach, Wake to Gator. Va Tech to Orlando. UVA to Charlotte. GT to Nashville. Maryland plays Navy in DC. Nuts and Snow for Miami and BC.

My picks assume a Va tech win over UVA in Blacksburg. I would love for that to turn around and UVA to go to Tampa. Heels are in good shape, a week off before they play us. They go to Md and play NCSU and Duke.

Dead freakin wrong! You have been sucked in to the local media up here.. like i almost do on occasion. UNC will stuggle with all of their remaing ACC schedule, and will fail to us and Maryland, and NCSU and Duke will be a toss up. Look hard at their Defense when they have to be on the field for a long time. They are dog ass tired and have no real back-ups. We will run them sideline to sideline and wear them out.
 
I hope you are right. But, I think they have the easiest road to Tampa by far.

on paper ...maybe. The way this ACC is .. who knows?? They are so thin on D. One thing i will bet the house on: Our D will be bringing it from here on out. They were embarrssed today and they have enough balls to hitch it up!

Watched a little of that UNC game and they are extremely well coached and looked dominant....
