Alright, Let's consolidate a list of the programs imploding and on the verge of purging coaching staffs.

So far, I have seen cases made for:

Michigan
Penn State
Florida State

Franklin and Norvell are safe this year, not the same situation as Michigan.

Frost at Nebraska has to be getting warm.

What is going on with Penn State this year? Did a bunch of people opt out of the season or are the luck plays working against them or what?

Agreed. Putting Norvell on the hot seat this year is crazy talk. CGC is in more jeopardy than Norvell right now. Norvell is recruiting circles around Collins at the moment according to 247 sports, in his first year.

Before you guys have a conniption I am not saying Collins should be on the hot seat; but he is a year or so closer to it than Norvell.

Penn St would be dumb to fire Franklin off of a throwaway season.

FSU can't honestly think they were a quick turnaround, can they? Delusional .

Harbaugh has underachieved long enough that this one actually makes sense
