I just wanted to know if anyone out there has a running tally of the best vs the worst personnel and playcalling decisions of the Gailey era so far. I'm looking for examples like:

Good personnel decision:Changing Tommy Hollings from safety to tailback.

Bad personnel decision: Keeping RB as the starter in the ACCCG.

Good playcalling decision: Going for the onside kick yesterday knowing an 11 point lead against WVU would not hold.

Bad playcalling decision: Running QB sneaks against FSU with RB tha last time we played them in Tallahasee.

I know some of these decisions are subjective as to whether they are pro or con, like yesterdays field goal vs punt decision. I'm not trying to bash Chan, just wanting to get some opinions on his ability or lack thereof in these two areas.

Letting Tony Hollins go back into a game in which he had already sustained a slight knee injury. Then the knee goes completely. By the way , it was late in the game and we had already salted it away!

Yep, painfull memories of that BYU game, I certainly had that one down as a con, he had a ton of carries and we were up late.

That game wasn't exactly salted away. Whether we needed him to run out the clock is another point, but there was still plenty of time to lose that game.
