Not sure what you mean by "what happened to them" - my guess is you're looking for where they transferred to, maybe?
Here's what I recall on each:
Selwyn Scott - actually started his first game as a true Frosh at boundary DB, in the Navy game in '99. Didn't start in another game (I think J. Cox took the job), and I read where he "failed out" the following summer. Don't know what happened to him after that.
Winfred Brown, Rod Middleton, and Mike Kitchen all transferred. I think Kitchen got the most playing time that year, he was in a couple of games, and would probably be seeing lots of action about now
If I remeber correctly, there was some sort of incident with Middleton and one of his coaches. Don't know where any of them wound up.
Hamilton - I'm pretty sure he's the kid who tore up his knee in a pickup basketball game the summer before he was to arrive on campus. I think he delayed coming to GT until his knee rehab was up, but either he didn't make it on campus, or left right afterwards the next yr.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful - my guess is that you knew all this already, but just in case you didn't, thought I would pass it along.
