LB, since CCG has not signed his new contract with GT, can Radman alter it or even cancel it? I know that in many states a verbal contract is enforceable, in the state of Ga is a verbal enforceable? If Radman were to completely change the contract would CCG and his lawyers have a case against against Tech if say Radman added a clause of no buy out, required an OC, cut the length of the contract from 5 to say to less than 5 as an example 2 years, what would/could happen?

Well...we already made Nix the full OC and he will be calling the plays next year.

Regarding the contract, Rad said his first objective was to get Gailey's contract finalized for the next 5 seasons. He said we already had a great football coach.

Very different than the new AD at Syracuse said on national tv during the Champs Sports Bowl the year we played when he threw Pasqualini under the bus. I loved watching Syracuse get worse last year and become a doormat. That was funny.

my understanding was there was no buy out so it has always been "at will" employment.

without seeing the K no way to know for sure.

HiverT That may be true somewhat, but not completely. CCG stated when interviewed that he will be heavily involved with the O. So not with standing the Nix as OC, CCG will be doing most of the work on Offense. That's per his interview in the AUC!

LB, I realized that Ga is an at will state as is Alabama, but if terms had been agreed to in principle could it not be enforceable if those terms were changed by Radman?
