I think Clemson goes to the Seattle Bowl and Tech ends up in the Tire Bowl or outside bowl. Reason? Tech went to the Seattle Bowl last year (didn't exactly send a slew of fans) and thus the Seattle bowl would be foolish to think inviting us again would provide them with any financial benefit. Clemson travels well so why not invite them out there. Personally I don't think the Seattle Bowl cares who the ACC sends since they will work to get UW in that game anyway to get the ticket sales.
If Wake wins against MD I think they deserve a bowl bid and will likely force Tech into an outside bowl which will should be easy to obtain (assuming there are open slots) with an 8 win team.
